Vegan Banana Walnut Cupcakes with Tofu Chocolate Mousse! Very Yummy!!!!
Cupcakes from Bristol Farms, which was rated #1 in Orange County by the OC Register ... I had to check it out for myself ... I chose a chocolate with Coconut Frosting and Strawberry Cupcake with White Chocolate Curls ... Very VERY sweet ... they are good, if you enjoy TONS of frosting ...ALSO ... I made 4 dozen cupcakes for Rog's Gpa & Gma's 50th Anniversary bash ... FOUR DOZEN!!!!

All dressed up! I frosted the red velvets with some cream cheese frosting and a chocolate Whopper on top, the banana walnuts had some chocolate buttercream topped with a banana chip, the cookies & cream were frosted with a vanilla buttercream, then rolled in crushed oreos, and topped with a mini oreo, and lastly, the golden vanillas were topped with chocolate buttercream and colorful sprinkles.
Out of 4 dozen ... i came home with only 4 ...
Overall ... cookies & cream was the winner ... everyone LOVED that one ... even one guest had told me ... "My daughter said it's the best cupcake she's ever had!"
