mMmMm, cupcakes!

So ... i've been dwelling on baking and selling cupcakes as a business for a long time now ... and I keep getting better and better at it!!!! I've made cupcakes for every occasion and they are a hit everytime ... Here are some I did yesterday to bring to Carlsbad for the weekend ...


These ones are triple chocolate, with chocolate frosting (with a little surprise too!) ... I made the butterflies from scratch (melting chocolate, drawing on wax paper, etc.). They turned out really, really well ... and I think everyone enjoyed them. I've made other neat ones ... lemme find those pix and i'll post them ... Anyhoo ... fourth of july weekend was alright ... drove to Carlsbad yesterday to visit Rog and his family at their timeshare ... twas nice ... worked out, went swimming, watched 10,000 BC ... now i'm pooped. Haha. I need to study for Anatomy ...
